On this site, I hope to conduct and moderate online discussions with women on real estate investing. My hope is to help all of you accumulate wealth for today and well into the future.

I think I’ve seen just about every situation in the real estate market since I bought my first property in 1978 – from interest rates that exceeded 18% to some of the lowest interest rates ever seen, hot residential markets and slow commercial market properties, and everything in between. And I’m still investing after all these years!
