If you can keep people in the forefront of your business goal setting, campaigns and offerings, you will find success and make money! Remember, successful women business owners always use the Golden Rule of treating others the way you want to be treated.

So true. People are the most important aspect of business. Sure there are numbers and spreadsheets and products and paperwork and lots of other distractions but ultimately you (a person) is trying to get your customer (more people) to trust you and your team (of people) enough that they will give you money in exchange for what you are offering. If this does not take place, all the accounting and brochures and websites can’t save you.
Lucky for us women, this is indeed one of our natural strengths. We are often people pleasers, which sometimes can be looked at negatively; however, this attribute can certainly be leveraged as a business strength.
