Now you may wonder why would I write about neck, back and shoulder pain. Because when I get stressed, am overworked or sit for long periods of time, my back, neck and shoulders feel my pain. How about you?
If you are under a lot pressure with your business or career, try these 3 tips which could help you relax no matter where you are!
1. Pain. Put the pinch on pain! Take your left hand and reach over your head until your thumb and fingers cup over the back of your neck and pinch out that pain!
2. Tension. Stretch, when you are sitting at your desk try slowly rolling your neck, you can feel the release from the tension. When standing I stretch from side to side with my hands on my hips or I put my right arm over my left shoulder and stretch. Just doing this a couple of times a day takes the pressure off my back.
3. Stress. Vent your frustrations to a friend, meditate, have a hot cup of tea, put your iPod to your one of your favorite songs and sing.
All of these little tips will help you alleviate stress. We have enough pressures in our day to day lives. We must find a few minutes a day to release tension and improve our outlook and our health.
